이 약관은 더블해시(이하 “회사”)가 제공하는 「Airpix」(이하 “앱”)의 이용 조건을 정합니다. 앱을 설치하거나 이용하면 이 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
회사는 이용자가 앱을 개인적·비상업적 용도로 쓸 수 있는 권리를 드립니다. 앱을 역설계하거나, 변조해 배포하거나, 정상적인 운영을 방해하는 행위는 허용되지 않습니다. 앱과 그 안의 글, 그림, 소리, 프로그램에 대한 권리는 회사 또는 정당한 권리자에게 있습니다.
유료 기능은 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play에서 결제하며, 결제와 환불은 각 스토어의 약관과 정책을 따릅니다. 구매한 기능은 같은 스토어 계정으로 로그인한 기기에서 앱 설정의 ‘구매 복원’으로 다시 받을 수 있습니다. 환불은 App Store(reportaproblem.apple.com) 또는 Google Play에 요청해 주세요.
처음 7일 동안 모든 기능을 무료로 쓸 수 있습니다. 체험이 끝나도 자동으로 결제되지 않고 모든 편집 기능을 계속 쓸 수 있지만, 내보내거나 복사한 이미지에 작은 ‘Airpix · trial’ 표시가 들어갑니다. 정식 버전을 한 번 구매하면 표시가 사라집니다. 정식 버전은 구독이 아니어서 다시 청구되지 않고, 같은 Apple 계정이면 다른 Mac에서도 ‘구매 복원’으로 계속 쓸 수 있습니다. Windows 등 doublehash.app에서 받은 직접 판매판은 그 페이지에서 Paddle(판매 대행사, Merchant of Record)을 통해 구매하며, 결제·세금·영수증은 Paddle의 구매자 약관을 따릅니다. 구매하면 라이선스 키를 드리며, 키는 구매자 본인이 쓰는 컴퓨터에 쓸 수 있고 다른 사람에게 공유하거나 공개해서는 안 됩니다. 구매 후 14일 이내에는 이유와 관계없이 환불해 드리며 Paddle 영수증 메일의 안내 또는 support@doublehash.app으로 요청하시면 됩니다.
회사는 앱의 기능을 개선하거나 바꿀 수 있습니다. 앱 제공을 끝내는 경우 가능한 한 30일 전에 앱이나 이 페이지에서 알립니다.
회사는 앱을 성실히 제공하지만, 회사의 고의나 중대한 과실이 없는 한 앱 이용으로 생긴 간접 손해나 기기 고장·분실로 인한 기록 손실에 대해 책임지지 않습니다. 소비자 보호 법령이 이용자에게 보장하는 권리는 이 약관으로 제한되지 않습니다.
약관을 바꾸는 경우 시행 7일 전(이용자에게 불리한 변경은 30일 전)부터 이 페이지에 알립니다.
이 약관은 대한민국 법을 따르며, 분쟁은 민사소송법에 따른 관할 법원에서 해결합니다.

These terms govern your use of Airpix (the “app”) provided by DoubleHash (“we”). By installing or using the app you agree to them. Where the App Store Standard EULA applies to your download, these terms add to it.
We grant you a personal, non-commercial right to use the app. You may not reverse-engineer it, distribute modified copies, or interfere with its operation. The app and its text, art, sound and code belong to us or their rightful owners.
Paid features are bought through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and payments and refunds follow that store’s terms. You can get a purchase back on any device signed in to the same store account with “Restore purchase” in the app’s settings. For refunds, contact the App Store (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google Play.
For the first 7 days you can use every feature for free. Nothing is charged automatically when the trial ends and every editing feature keeps working, but exported and copied images carry a small “Airpix · trial” mark. Buying the full version once removes the mark. The full version is not a subscription and is never billed again, and on any Mac signed in to the same Apple account you can get it back with “Restore purchase”. The direct-sale version downloaded from doublehash.app (Windows and others) is bought on that page through Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record; payment, tax and receipts follow Paddle’s buyer terms. You receive a licence key for use on your own computers; do not share or publish it. Within 14 days of purchase we refund for any reason — use the link in Paddle’s receipt email or write to support@doublehash.app.
We may improve or change the app. If we stop offering it, we will try to announce it in the app or on this page 30 days in advance.
We provide the app with care, but unless caused by our intent or gross negligence we are not liable for indirect damages or for records lost through device failure or loss. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer-protection law.
We will post changes on this page 7 days before they take effect (30 days for changes unfavourable to you).
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea; disputes go to the competent court under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
