Airsweep 개인정보 처리방침

더블해시(이하 “회사”)는 「Airsweep」(이하 “앱”) 이용자의 개인정보를 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령에 따라 처리합니다. 이 처리방침은 앱에만 적용되며, 회사의 다른 서비스에는 각 서비스의 처리방침이 적용됩니다.

1처리하는 개인정보 항목, 목적, 보유 기간

회사는 이 앱에서 이름, 이메일, 전화번호, 위치, 광고 식별자 등 이용자를 알아볼 수 있는 정보를 수집하지 않으며, 회사가 운영하는 서버로 이용자의 정보를 보내지 않습니다. 계정·로그인도 없습니다.

2기기에만 저장되는 정보

아래 정보는 이용자의 기기 안에만 저장되며 회사는 볼 수 없습니다. 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다. 다만 휴대폰 백업(iCloud 백업, Google 백업 등)을 켜 두셨다면 그 백업에 포함될 수 있으며, 이는 Apple·Google과 이용자 사이의 백업 서비스로 처리됩니다.

• 검사하는 사진과 동영상은 이용자가 고른 폴더와 드라이브에서 이 컴퓨터 안에서만 읽고 비교하며 회사로 보내지 않습니다
• 검사 기록 파일(이 컴퓨터의 앱 설정 폴더): 다시 검사할 때 빨리 끝나도록 파일 경로·크기·수정 시각과 사진에서 계산한 비교용 값(해시, 작은 회색 축소본)을 저장합니다. 설정에서 ‘이전 검사 기록 지우기’로 지울 수 있습니다
• 설정 파일: 언어·테마·검사할 폴더와 제외한 폴더, 남길 파일 규칙, 지운 파일을 보낼 곳, 마지막 정리 기록(실행 취소용), 무료 체험 시작일, 구매 여부(App Store 확인 전까지 쓰는 사본) 또는 라이선스 키
• 정식 버전 구매 기록: 정식 버전을 새로 사면 App Store 거래 번호·상품·가격·통화·나라를 회사 서버(Cloudflare)로 보내 매출을 집계하고 운영자에게 알립니다(분석 도구 PostHog를 거쳐 운영자 메신저로). 사진·파일 이름·이름·이메일·기기 ID는 보내지 않으며, 세금·회계를 위해 법이 정한 기간 보관합니다
• 직접 판매판(Windows 등, doublehash.app 에서 구매): 결제는 Paddle이 판매 대행사로서 처리하며 이름·이메일·나라·결제 수단은 Paddle이 받습니다. 결제가 끝나면 회사 서버가 Paddle에서 거래와 구매자 이메일을 조회해, 이메일을 적은 라이선스 키를 만들어 결제 화면에 보여 줍니다(이메일은 서버에 저장하지 않음). 라이선스 키는 이 컴퓨터의 설정 파일에 저장되며 인터넷 없이 확인합니다. 매출 집계에는 Paddle 거래 번호·고객 번호·상품·금액·통화만 보냅니다
• ‘의견 보내기’는 기본 브라우저로 doublehash.app 지원 페이지를 엽니다. 앱은 아무것도 함께 보내지 않습니다

3외부 서비스가 직접 처리하는 정보

다음은 회사가 아니라 각 사업자가 자체 개인정보 처리방침에 따라 직접 처리합니다. 회사는 이 과정에서 이용자의 개인정보를 받지 않습니다.

• 결제: 앱 안 구매는 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play가 처리합니다. 회사는 카드 번호, 이름, 이메일 등 결제 정보를 받지 않으며, 앱은 기기에서 스토어에 직접 ‘구매했는지’만 확인합니다.

4개인정보 처리 위탁 및 국외 이전

국외 이전을 원하지 않으시면 해당 기능을 쓰지 않거나 아래 ‘삭제 방법’에 따라 삭제를 요청하실 수 있습니다. 이 경우 그 기능을 이용할 수 없습니다.

5개인정보의 제3자 제공

회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 법령에 따라 수사기관 등이 적법한 절차로 요구하는 경우는 예외로 합니다.

6기기 권한

이 앱은 인터넷 외에 카메라, 마이크, 위치, 연락처, 사진 등 기기 권한을 요청하지 않습니다.

7광고와 행태정보

이 앱에는 광고가 없고, 광고·분석·추적 도구(SDK)를 넣지 않았습니다. 쿠키도 사용하지 않습니다.

8아동의 개인정보

이 앱은 어린이를 주 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 회사는 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 알면서 수집하지 않으며, 그러한 정보가 수집된 사실을 알게 되면 즉시 삭제합니다.

9파기 및 삭제 방법

• 앱을 삭제하면 기기에 저장된 모든 기록이 삭제됩니다. 회사 서버에는 삭제할 정보가 없습니다.

보유 기간이 끝나거나 처리 목적을 이룬 정보는 지체 없이 복구할 수 없는 방법으로 삭제합니다. 종이 문서로 된 개인정보는 없습니다.

10이용자와 법정대리인의 권리

이용자(만 14세 미만 아동의 경우 법정대리인)는 언제든 자신의 개인정보 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 정지를 요구할 수 있습니다. 아래 개인정보 보호책임자에게 이메일로 요청하시면 본인 확인 후 10일 안에 처리 결과를 알려 드립니다. 회사가 보관하는 정보가 없는 경우에는 그 사실을 알려 드립니다.

11안전성 확보 조치

서버로 보내는 모든 통신은 암호화(HTTPS)하며, 서버 접근 권한은 대표자 1인으로 제한합니다. 개인정보는 목적에 필요한 최소한만 처리합니다.

Airsweep Privacy Policy

DoubleHash (“we”) handles information about users of Airsweep (the “app”) as described below, in line with the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea and other applicable laws. This policy covers this app only; our other services have their own policies.

1Information we process, why, and for how long

We do not collect your name, email, phone number, location, advertising ID or anything else that identifies you, and the app sends nothing about you to servers we operate. There are no accounts or logins.

2Information kept only on your device

The following stays on your device. We cannot see it, and it is deleted when you delete the app. If you use a phone backup (iCloud Backup, Google backup and similar), it may be included in that backup, which is a service between you and Apple or Google.

• The photos and videos you scan are read and compared only on this computer, in the folders and drives you choose; nothing is sent to us
• Scan memory file (in the app’s settings folder on this computer): file paths, sizes and modification times plus comparison values computed from the photos (hashes, a tiny grey thumbnail) so the next scan is fast. Clear it in Settings with “Forget earlier scans”
• Settings file: language, theme, folders to scan and excluded folders, keep rules, where removed files go, the last clean (for undo), the free-trial start date, and whether you bought the full version (a copy used until the App Store confirms) or your licence key
• Full-version purchase record: when you buy the full version, the App Store transaction number, product, price, currency and country are sent to our server (Cloudflare) to count sales and notify the operator (via the analytics service PostHog to the operator’s messenger). No photos, file names, name, email or device ID is sent; records are kept for the period required by tax and accounting law
• Direct-sale version (Windows and others, bought on doublehash.app): payment is handled by Paddle as reseller (merchant of record), which receives your name, email, country and payment method. After payment our server looks up the transaction and your email at Paddle to create a licence key containing your email and shows it on the checkout page (the email is not stored on our server). The key is saved in the settings file on this computer and checked offline. For sales counting we send only the Paddle transaction and customer numbers, product, amount and currency
• “Send feedback” opens the doublehash.app support page in your browser; the app sends nothing along with it

3Information handled directly by other companies

The following is handled by those companies under their own privacy policies, not by us. We do not receive your personal information in the process.

• Payments: in-app purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We never receive card numbers, names, emails or other payment details; the app only asks the store, on your device, whether you own the purchase.

4Service providers and international transfers

If you do not want this transfer, you can stop using the feature or ask us to delete your data (see “Deletion”). That feature will then be unavailable.

5Sharing with third parties

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except when legally required by a lawful request from public authorities.

6Device permissions

Apart from internet access, the app asks for no device permissions — no camera, microphone, location, contacts or photos.

7Advertising and tracking

The app has no ads and contains no advertising, analytics or tracking SDKs. It does not use cookies.

8Children

This app is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 14 in Korea); if we learn that we have, we delete it promptly.

9Deletion

• Deleting the app deletes every record stored on your device. There is nothing about you on our servers to delete.

Information is deleted in a way that cannot be recovered as soon as its retention period ends or its purpose is fulfilled. We hold no personal information on paper.

10Your rights

You (or a parent or guardian for a child under 14) may ask at any time to access, correct, delete or stop the processing of your personal information, including rights you may have under the GDPR, UK GDPR or California law. Email our privacy contact below; we will verify the request and reply within 10 days. If we hold no information about you, we will tell you so. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

11Security

All traffic to our servers is encrypted (HTTPS), and server access is limited to our representative. We process only the minimum needed for each purpose.

13Changes to this policy
