이 약관은 더블해시(이하 “회사”)가 제공하는 「Ebbtide (주사 기록)」(이하 “앱”)의 이용 조건을 정합니다. 앱을 설치하거나 이용하면 이 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
회사는 이용자가 앱을 개인적·비상업적 용도로 쓸 수 있는 권리를 드립니다. 앱을 역설계하거나, 변조해 배포하거나, 정상적인 운영을 방해하는 행위는 허용되지 않습니다. 앱과 그 안의 글, 그림, 소리, 프로그램에 대한 권리는 회사 또는 정당한 권리자에게 있습니다.
유료 기능은 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play에서 결제하며, 결제와 환불은 각 스토어의 약관과 정책을 따릅니다. 구매한 기능은 같은 스토어 계정으로 로그인한 기기에서 앱 설정의 ‘구매 복원’으로 다시 받을 수 있습니다. 환불은 App Store(reportaproblem.apple.com) 또는 Google Play에 요청해 주세요.
처음 앱을 설정한 날부터 30일 동안 모든 기능을 무료로 쓸 수 있습니다(시작일은 기기에 기록). 그 뒤에도 주사·복용 기록, 알림, 주사 부위 돌려쓰기, 체중 기록과 최근 3개월 그래프, 부작용 기록, 건강 앱 연동, CSV 내보내기와 백업은 영원히 무료이며, 무료로 제공하던 기능을 나중에 유료로 바꾸지 않습니다. 약 기운 곡선, 전체 기간 추세, 단백질·물·식이섬유, 부작용 패턴, 진료용 PDF, 위젯, 약 여러 개, 몸 사진 비교는 평생 이용권을 한 번 구매해야 볼 수 있고, 잠긴 동안에도 기록은 계속 쌓입니다. 자동으로 결제되지 않으며, 평생 이용권은 구독이 아니어서 다시 청구되지 않고, 같은 스토어 계정이면 기기를 바꿔도 ‘구매 복원’으로 계속 쓸 수 있습니다. 앱은 용량을 바꾸라고 하지 않으며, 약 기운은 공개 자료로 계산한 추정입니다.
앱의 기록, 계산, 통계는 개인 관리를 돕는 참고 자료이며 의료 기기가 아닙니다. 진단이나 치료를 대신하지 않으니 건강에 관한 결정은 반드시 의사 등 전문가와 상의해 주세요. 응급 상황에서는 119 등 응급 기관에 연락하세요.
회사는 앱의 기능을 개선하거나 바꿀 수 있습니다. 앱 제공을 끝내는 경우 가능한 한 30일 전에 앱이나 이 페이지에서 알립니다.
회사는 앱을 성실히 제공하지만, 회사의 고의나 중대한 과실이 없는 한 앱 이용으로 생긴 간접 손해나 기기 고장·분실로 인한 기록 손실에 대해 책임지지 않습니다. 소비자 보호 법령이 이용자에게 보장하는 권리는 이 약관으로 제한되지 않습니다.
약관을 바꾸는 경우 시행 7일 전(이용자에게 불리한 변경은 30일 전)부터 이 페이지에 알립니다.
이 약관은 대한민국 법을 따르며, 분쟁은 민사소송법에 따른 관할 법원에서 해결합니다.

These terms govern your use of Ebbtide (the “app”) provided by DoubleHash (“we”). By installing or using the app you agree to them. Where the App Store Standard EULA applies to your download, these terms add to it.
We grant you a personal, non-commercial right to use the app. You may not reverse-engineer it, distribute modified copies, or interfere with its operation. The app and its text, art, sound and code belong to us or their rightful owners.
Paid features are bought through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and payments and refunds follow that store’s terms. You can get a purchase back on any device signed in to the same store account with “Restore purchase” in the app’s settings. For refunds, contact the App Store (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google Play.
Every feature is free for the first 30 days from the day you set up the app (the start date is recorded on the device). After that, dose logging, reminders, injection-site rotation, weight logging with the last-3-months chart, side-effect logging, health app sync, CSV export and backups stay free forever, and features we offer for free will not later be moved behind payment. The medication-level curve, full-history trends, protein, water and fiber tracking, side-effect patterns, the doctor PDF, widgets, multiple medications and progress-photo comparison require lifetime access, bought once; your records keep being saved while they are locked. Nothing is charged automatically. Lifetime access is not a subscription and is never billed again, and on any device signed in to the same store account you can get it back with “Restore purchase”. The app never tells you to change a dose, and the medication level is an estimate from published data.
Records, calculations and statistics in the app are for personal reference only. The app is not a medical device and does not replace diagnosis or treatment; always consult a doctor or other professional about health decisions, and call your local emergency number in an emergency.
We may improve or change the app. If we stop offering it, we will try to announce it in the app or on this page 30 days in advance.
We provide the app with care, but unless caused by our intent or gross negligence we are not liable for indirect damages or for records lost through device failure or loss. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer-protection law.
We will post changes on this page 7 days before they take effect (30 days for changes unfavourable to you).
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea; disputes go to the competent court under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
