이 약관은 더블해시(이하 “회사”)가 제공하는 「게임 시간 통장」(이하 “앱”)의 이용 조건을 정합니다. 앱을 설치하거나 이용하면 이 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
회사는 이용자가 앱을 개인적·비상업적 용도로 쓸 수 있는 권리를 드립니다. 앱을 역설계하거나, 변조해 배포하거나, 정상적인 운영을 방해하는 행위는 허용되지 않습니다. 앱과 그 안의 글, 그림, 소리, 프로그램에 대한 권리는 회사 또는 정당한 권리자에게 있습니다.
앱은 Google Play에서 한 번 결제하고 내려받는 유료 앱입니다. 구독이나 앱 안 추가 결제는 없습니다. 같은 Google 계정이면 다른 기기에서도 추가 결제 없이 다시 설치할 수 있습니다. 결제와 환불은 Google Play의 약관과 정책을 따르며, 환불은 Google Play에 요청해 주세요.
앱은 보호자가 정한 시간에 맞춰 기기의 다른 앱을 잠그도록 돕는 도구입니다. 안드로이드의 권한(접근성 서비스, 사용 정보 접근 등)과 제조사의 절전 정책 안에서 동작하므로, 권한이 꺼지거나 기기 설정이 바뀌거나 운영체제가 앱을 멈추면 제한이 동작하지 않을 수 있습니다. 회사는 모든 우회를 막거나 사용 시간을 완벽히 측정한다고 보증하지 않으며, 보호자의 지도와 함께 써 주세요.
회사는 앱의 기능을 개선하거나 바꿀 수 있습니다. 앱 제공을 끝내는 경우 가능한 한 30일 전에 앱이나 이 페이지에서 알립니다.
회사는 앱을 성실히 제공하지만, 회사의 고의나 중대한 과실이 없는 한 앱 이용으로 생긴 간접 손해나 기기 고장·분실로 인한 기록 손실에 대해 책임지지 않습니다. 소비자 보호 법령이 이용자에게 보장하는 권리는 이 약관으로 제한되지 않습니다.
약관을 바꾸는 경우 시행 7일 전(이용자에게 불리한 변경은 30일 전)부터 이 페이지에 알립니다.
이 약관은 대한민국 법을 따르며, 분쟁은 민사소송법에 따른 관할 법원에서 해결합니다.

These terms govern your use of Play Budget (the “app”) provided by DoubleHash (“we”). By installing or using the app you agree to them. Where the App Store Standard EULA applies to your download, these terms add to it.
We grant you a personal, non-commercial right to use the app. You may not reverse-engineer it, distribute modified copies, or interfere with its operation. The app and its text, art, sound and code belong to us or their rightful owners.
The app is a paid app bought once on Google Play. There is no subscription and nothing more to buy inside the app. You can reinstall it on other devices signed in to the same Google account at no extra cost. Payments and refunds follow Google Play’s terms and policies; please ask Google Play for refunds.
The app helps a parent lock other apps on the device according to the times they set. It works within Android’s permissions (accessibility service, usage access and others) and the manufacturer’s battery policies, so limits may stop working if a permission is turned off, device settings change or the system stops the app. We do not guarantee that every workaround is blocked or that usage is measured perfectly; please use it together with your own guidance.
We may improve or change the app. If we stop offering it, we will try to announce it in the app or on this page 30 days in advance.
We provide the app with care, but unless caused by our intent or gross negligence we are not liable for indirect damages or for records lost through device failure or loss. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer-protection law.
We will post changes on this page 7 days before they take effect (30 days for changes unfavourable to you).
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea; disputes go to the competent court under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
