더블해시(이하 “회사”)는 「말씀」(이하 “앱”) 이용자의 개인정보를 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령에 따라 처리합니다. 이 처리방침은 앱에만 적용되며, 회사의 다른 서비스에는 각 서비스의 처리방침이 적용됩니다.

거래 번호는 누가 결제했는지 알 수 없는 값이며, 회사는 이를 이용자 계정과 연결할 수 없습니다. 함께 읽기 기록은 모임 ID를 아는 사람(초대받은 모임원)만 볼 수 있습니다.
아래 정보는 이용자의 기기 안에만 저장되며 회사는 볼 수 없습니다. 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다. 다만 휴대폰 백업(iCloud 백업, Google 백업 등)을 켜 두셨다면 그 백업에 포함될 수 있으며, 이는 Apple·Google과 이용자 사이의 백업 서비스로 처리됩니다.
다음은 회사가 아니라 각 사업자가 자체 개인정보 처리방침에 따라 직접 처리합니다. 회사는 이 과정에서 이용자의 개인정보를 받지 않습니다.

국외 이전을 원하지 않으시면 해당 기능을 쓰지 않거나 아래 ‘삭제 방법’에 따라 삭제를 요청하실 수 있습니다. 이 경우 그 기능을 이용할 수 없습니다.
회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 법령에 따라 수사기관 등이 적법한 절차로 요구하는 경우는 예외로 합니다.

선택 권한은 허용하지 않아도 앱을 쓸 수 있으며, 기기 설정에서 언제든 바꿀 수 있습니다.
이 앱에는 광고가 없고, 광고·분석·추적 도구(SDK)를 넣지 않았습니다. 쿠키도 사용하지 않습니다.
이 앱은 어린이를 주 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 회사는 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 알면서 수집하지 않으며, 그러한 정보가 수집된 사실을 알게 되면 즉시 삭제합니다.
보유 기간이 끝나거나 처리 목적을 이룬 정보는 지체 없이 복구할 수 없는 방법으로 삭제합니다. 종이 문서로 된 개인정보는 없습니다.
이용자(만 14세 미만 아동의 경우 법정대리인)는 언제든 자신의 개인정보 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 정지를 요구할 수 있습니다. 아래 개인정보 보호책임자에게 이메일로 요청하시면 본인 확인 후 10일 안에 처리 결과를 알려 드립니다. 회사가 보관하는 정보가 없는 경우에는 그 사실을 알려 드립니다.
서버로 보내는 모든 통신은 암호화(HTTPS)하며, 서버 접근 권한은 대표자 1인으로 제한합니다. 개인정보는 목적에 필요한 최소한만 처리합니다.

이 처리방침을 바꾸는 경우 시행 7일 전부터 이 페이지에 알립니다. 이용자 권리에 중요한 변경은 30일 전에 알립니다.

DoubleHash (“we”) handles information about users of Malsseum (the “app”) as described below, in line with the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea and other applicable laws. This policy covers this app only; our other services have their own policies.

The transaction number does not reveal who paid, and we cannot link it to any account. Reading-group records are visible only to people who have the group ID (invited members).
The following stays on your device. We cannot see it, and it is deleted when you delete the app. If you use a phone backup (iCloud Backup, Google backup and similar), it may be included in that backup, which is a service between you and Apple or Google.
The following is handled by those companies under their own privacy policies, not by us. We do not receive your personal information in the process.

If you do not want this transfer, you can stop using the feature or ask us to delete your data (see “Deletion”). That feature will then be unavailable.
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except when legally required by a lawful request from public authorities.

Optional permissions can be declined and changed at any time in your device settings; the app still works without them.
The app has no ads and contains no advertising, analytics or tracking SDKs. It does not use cookies.
This app is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 14 in Korea); if we learn that we have, we delete it promptly.
Information is deleted in a way that cannot be recovered as soon as its retention period ends or its purpose is fulfilled. We hold no personal information on paper.
You (or a parent or guardian for a child under 14) may ask at any time to access, correct, delete or stop the processing of your personal information, including rights you may have under the GDPR, UK GDPR or California law. Email our privacy contact below; we will verify the request and reply within 10 days. If we hold no information about you, we will tell you so. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
All traffic to our servers is encrypted (HTTPS), and server access is limited to our representative. We process only the minimum needed for each purpose.
