이 약관은 더블해시(이하 “회사”)가 제공하는 「말씀」(이하 “앱”)의 이용 조건을 정합니다. 앱을 설치하거나 이용하면 이 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
회사는 이용자가 앱을 개인적·비상업적 용도로 쓸 수 있는 권리를 드립니다. 앱을 역설계하거나, 변조해 배포하거나, 정상적인 운영을 방해하는 행위는 허용되지 않습니다. 앱과 그 안의 글, 그림, 소리, 프로그램에 대한 권리는 회사 또는 정당한 권리자에게 있습니다.
창립 후원은 앱 개발과 번역본 계약을 돕는 자발적 결제이며, 지금은 추가 기능을 열지 않습니다. 앱의 모든 기능은 후원 여부와 관계없이 무료입니다. 결제와 환불은 각 스토어 정책을 따르며, 환불된 후원은 후원 총액에서 빠집니다.
회사는 앱의 기능을 개선하거나 바꿀 수 있습니다. 앱 제공을 끝내는 경우 가능한 한 30일 전에 앱이나 이 페이지에서 알립니다.
회사는 앱을 성실히 제공하지만, 회사의 고의나 중대한 과실이 없는 한 앱 이용으로 생긴 간접 손해나 기기 고장·분실로 인한 기록 손실에 대해 책임지지 않습니다. 소비자 보호 법령이 이용자에게 보장하는 권리는 이 약관으로 제한되지 않습니다.
약관을 바꾸는 경우 시행 7일 전(이용자에게 불리한 변경은 30일 전)부터 이 페이지에 알립니다.
이 약관은 대한민국 법을 따르며, 분쟁은 민사소송법에 따른 관할 법원에서 해결합니다.

These terms govern your use of Malsseum (the “app”) provided by DoubleHash (“we”). By installing or using the app you agree to them. Where the App Store Standard EULA applies to your download, these terms add to it.
We grant you a personal, non-commercial right to use the app. You may not reverse-engineer it, distribute modified copies, or interfere with its operation. The app and its text, art, sound and code belong to us or their rightful owners.
The founding donation is a voluntary payment supporting development and translation licensing; it does not unlock extra features today. Every feature is free whether or not you donate. Payments and refunds follow the store’s policy, and refunded donations are removed from the total.
We may improve or change the app. If we stop offering it, we will try to announce it in the app or on this page 30 days in advance.
We provide the app with care, but unless caused by our intent or gross negligence we are not liable for indirect damages or for records lost through device failure or loss. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer-protection law.
We will post changes on this page 7 days before they take effect (30 days for changes unfavourable to you).
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea; disputes go to the competent court under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
