밥상 칼로리 개인정보 처리방침

더블해시(이하 “회사”)는 「밥상 칼로리」(이하 “앱”) 이용자의 개인정보를 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령에 따라 처리합니다. 이 처리방침은 앱에만 적용되며, 회사의 다른 서비스에는 각 서비스의 처리방침이 적용됩니다.

한눈에 보기

계정, 로그인, 광고, 분석 도구가 없습니다.
식사 사진을 분석할 때만 사진(작게 줄인 것)과 입력한 설명을 AI(Anthropic)로 보내며, 분석이 끝나면 회사 서버에 남기지 않습니다.
식사 기록과 사진은 이 기기에만 저장됩니다.

AI 기능을 처음 쓸 때 보내는 항목, 받는 곳(Anthropic, 미국), 목적을 알리고 동의를 받습니다. 동의하지 않으면 아무것도 보내지 않으며, AI 기능 외의 기록 기능은 그대로 쓸 수 있습니다.

2기기에만 저장되는 정보

아래 정보는 이용자의 기기 안에만 저장되며 회사는 볼 수 없습니다. 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다. 다만 휴대폰 백업(iCloud 백업, Google 백업 등)을 켜 두셨다면 그 백업에 포함될 수 있으며, 이는 Apple·Google과 이용자 사이의 백업 서비스로 처리됩니다.

3외부 서비스가 직접 처리하는 정보

다음은 회사가 아니라 각 사업자가 자체 개인정보 처리방침에 따라 직접 처리합니다. 회사는 이 과정에서 이용자의 개인정보를 받지 않습니다.

결제: 앱 안 구매는 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play가 처리합니다. 회사는 카드 번호, 이름, 이메일 등 결제 정보를 받지 않으며, 앱은 기기에서 스토어에 직접 ‘구매했는지’만 확인합니다.

국외 이전을 원하지 않으시면 해당 기능을 쓰지 않거나 아래 ‘삭제 방법’에 따라 삭제를 요청하실 수 있습니다. 이 경우 그 기능을 이용할 수 없습니다.

5개인정보의 제3자 제공

회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 법령에 따라 수사기관 등이 적법한 절차로 요구하는 경우는 예외로 합니다.

6기기 권한

선택 권한은 허용하지 않아도 앱을 쓸 수 있으며, 기기 설정에서 언제든 바꿀 수 있습니다.

7광고와 행태정보

이 앱에는 광고가 없고, 광고·분석·추적 도구(SDK)를 넣지 않았습니다. 쿠키도 사용하지 않습니다.

8아동의 개인정보

이 앱은 어린이를 주 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 회사는 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 알면서 수집하지 않으며, 그러한 정보가 수집된 사실을 알게 되면 즉시 삭제합니다.

9파기 및 삭제 방법

앱을 삭제하면 기기에 저장된 모든 기록이 삭제됩니다.
AI로 보낸 내용은 회사 서버에 남지 않습니다. 사용 횟수 기록은 보유 기간이 지나면 자동으로 지워지며, 먼저 지우고 싶으시면 privacy@doublehash.app로 요청해 주세요.

보유 기간이 끝나거나 처리 목적을 이룬 정보는 지체 없이 복구할 수 없는 방법으로 삭제합니다. 종이 문서로 된 개인정보는 없습니다.

10이용자와 법정대리인의 권리

이용자(만 14세 미만 아동의 경우 법정대리인)는 언제든 자신의 개인정보 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 정지를 요구할 수 있습니다. 아래 개인정보 보호책임자에게 이메일로 요청하시면 본인 확인 후 10일 안에 처리 결과를 알려 드립니다. 회사가 보관하는 정보가 없는 경우에는 그 사실을 알려 드립니다.

11안전성 확보 조치

서버로 보내는 모든 통신은 암호화(HTTPS)하며, 서버 접근 권한은 대표자 1인으로 제한합니다. 개인정보는 목적에 필요한 최소한만 처리합니다.

Dishsplit Privacy Policy

DoubleHash (“we”) handles information about users of Dishsplit (the “app”) as described below, in line with the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea and other applicable laws. This policy covers this app only; our other services have their own policies.

At a glance

No accounts, logins, ads or analytics.
Only when you analyse a meal is the photo (downsized) and any hint you type sent to AI (Anthropic); nothing is kept on our server afterwards.
Your meal log and photos stay on this device.

1Information we process, why, and for how long

Before the first AI request, the app shows what will be sent, to whom (Anthropic, USA) and why, and asks for your consent. If you decline, nothing is sent and every non-AI feature keeps working.

2Information kept only on your device

The following stays on your device. We cannot see it, and it is deleted when you delete the app. If you use a phone backup (iCloud Backup, Google backup and similar), it may be included in that backup, which is a service between you and Apple or Google.

Meal log (foods, calories, macros, notes), photo thumbnails, weight, calorie goal

3Information handled directly by other companies

The following is handled by those companies under their own privacy policies, not by us. We do not receive your personal information in the process.

Payments: in-app purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We never receive card numbers, names, emails or other payment details; the app only asks the store, on your device, whether you own the purchase.

If you do not want this transfer, you can stop using the feature or ask us to delete your data (see “Deletion”). That feature will then be unavailable.

5Sharing with third parties

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except when legally required by a lawful request from public authorities.

6Device permissions

Optional permissions can be declined and changed at any time in your device settings; the app still works without them.

7Advertising and tracking

The app has no ads and contains no advertising, analytics or tracking SDKs. It does not use cookies.

8Children

This app is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 14 in Korea); if we learn that we have, we delete it promptly.

9Deletion

Deleting the app deletes every record stored on your device.
Nothing sent for AI analysis stays on our server. Usage counters expire automatically; to remove them sooner, email privacy@doublehash.app.

Information is deleted in a way that cannot be recovered as soon as its retention period ends or its purpose is fulfilled. We hold no personal information on paper.

10Your rights

You (or a parent or guardian for a child under 14) may ask at any time to access, correct, delete or stop the processing of your personal information, including rights you may have under the GDPR, UK GDPR or California law. Email our privacy contact below; we will verify the request and reply within 10 days. If we hold no information about you, we will tell you so. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

11Security

All traffic to our servers is encrypted (HTTPS), and server access is limited to our representative. We process only the minimum needed for each purpose.
