이 약관은 더블해시(이하 “회사”)가 제공하는 「밥상 칼로리」(이하 “앱”)의 이용 조건을 정합니다. 앱을 설치하거나 이용하면 이 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
회사는 이용자가 앱을 개인적·비상업적 용도로 쓸 수 있는 권리를 드립니다. 앱을 역설계하거나, 변조해 배포하거나, 정상적인 운영을 방해하는 행위는 허용되지 않습니다. 앱과 그 안의 글, 그림, 소리, 프로그램에 대한 권리는 회사 또는 정당한 권리자에게 있습니다.
유료 기능은 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play에서 결제하며, 결제와 환불은 각 스토어의 약관과 정책을 따릅니다. 구매한 기능은 같은 스토어 계정으로 로그인한 기기에서 앱 설정의 ‘구매 복원’으로 다시 받을 수 있습니다. 환불은 App Store(reportaproblem.apple.com) 또는 Google Play에 요청해 주세요.
구독은 기간이 끝나기 24시간 전까지 해지하지 않으면 같은 기간과 가격으로 자동 갱신되며, 요금은 스토어 계정으로 청구됩니다. 해지는 iPhone 설정 › Apple 계정 › 구독, 또는 Google Play › 결제 및 정기 결제에서 할 수 있고, 해지해도 이미 결제한 기간이 끝날 때까지 쓸 수 있습니다. 가격을 올리는 경우 스토어 정책에 따라 미리 알립니다.
앱의 기록, 계산, 통계는 개인 관리를 돕는 참고 자료이며 의료 기기가 아닙니다. 진단이나 치료를 대신하지 않으니 건강에 관한 결정은 반드시 의사 등 전문가와 상의해 주세요. 응급 상황에서는 119 등 응급 기관에 연락하세요.
AI가 만든 결과(칼로리 추정, 분석 문장 등)는 틀릴 수 있는 추정치입니다. 중요한 판단에는 결과를 그대로 믿지 말고 직접 확인해 주세요. AI 기능은 외부 AI 서비스 상태에 따라 느려지거나 잠시 쓸 수 없을 수 있습니다.
회사는 앱의 기능을 개선하거나 바꿀 수 있습니다. 앱 제공을 끝내는 경우 가능한 한 30일 전에 앱이나 이 페이지에서 알립니다.
회사는 앱을 성실히 제공하지만, 회사의 고의나 중대한 과실이 없는 한 앱 이용으로 생긴 간접 손해나 기기 고장·분실로 인한 기록 손실에 대해 책임지지 않습니다. 소비자 보호 법령이 이용자에게 보장하는 권리는 이 약관으로 제한되지 않습니다.
약관을 바꾸는 경우 시행 7일 전(이용자에게 불리한 변경은 30일 전)부터 이 페이지에 알립니다.
이 약관은 대한민국 법을 따르며, 분쟁은 민사소송법에 따른 관할 법원에서 해결합니다.

These terms govern your use of Dishsplit (the “app”) provided by DoubleHash (“we”). By installing or using the app you agree to them. Where the App Store Standard EULA applies to your download, these terms add to it.
We grant you a personal, non-commercial right to use the app. You may not reverse-engineer it, distribute modified copies, or interfere with its operation. The app and its text, art, sound and code belong to us or their rightful owners.
Paid features are bought through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and payments and refunds follow that store’s terms. You can get a purchase back on any device signed in to the same store account with “Restore purchase” in the app’s settings. For refunds, contact the App Store (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google Play.
Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends, and are charged to your store account. Cancel in iPhone Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions or in Google Play › Payments & subscriptions; you keep access until the paid period ends. Price increases are notified under the store’s rules.
Records, calculations and statistics in the app are for personal reference only. The app is not a medical device and does not replace diagnosis or treatment; always consult a doctor or other professional about health decisions, and call your local emergency number in an emergency.
AI results (calorie estimates, written insights and similar) are estimates that can be wrong. Check them yourself before relying on them for anything important. AI features may be slow or temporarily unavailable depending on the external AI service.
We may improve or change the app. If we stop offering it, we will try to announce it in the app or on this page 30 days in advance.
We provide the app with care, but unless caused by our intent or gross negligence we are not liable for indirect damages or for records lost through device failure or loss. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer-protection law.
We will post changes on this page 7 days before they take effect (30 days for changes unfavourable to you).
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea; disputes go to the competent court under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
