Getting started
Add places: drag folders or drives onto the window, or press Add folder…. Exclude any folder you want left alone.
Scan: exact duplicates are found first, then near-identical shots (bursts, re-saves, resized copies). The next scan is much faster because Airsweep remembers what it has already checked.
Review: each group shows which copy Airsweep keeps (best quality first) and which it picks for removal. Click to change, compare side by side, or show a file in Finder / Explorer.
Clean: picked files go to the Trash / Recycle Bin (or a folder you choose) — never deleted outright — and Undo puts them back.
Full version
Every feature is free for 7 days. After that scanning and reviewing stay free; moving files to the Trash needs the full version.
Mac App Store: Settings › Full version › Buy full version. Bought it on another Mac? Use Restore purchase there.
Windows: buy at doublehash.app/airsweep. The licence key appears right after payment — paste it into Settings › Full version and press Activate. The key works on your own computers and for future versions, offline. Keep it somewhere safe; if you lose it, email us your receipt.
Microsoft Store: the same as the Windows download — buy at doublehash.app and paste the key in the same place. Windows keeps the Store version's settings apart from the zip version's, so a key entered in one has to be entered once more in the other.

Updating
Mac App Store: the App Store installs updates (App Store › Updates, or turn on automatic updates).
Microsoft Store: the Store installs updates by itself (Microsoft Store › Library).
Windows download (zip): Airsweep checks once a day and shows Update to … next to Settings (and in Settings) when a new version is out. Download the new zip, quit Airsweep, and replace the old folder (or just airsweep.exe) with the new one. Your settings and licence key are kept — they live in your user settings folder, not next to the app.
Mac은 App Store, Microsoft Store판은 Store가 업데이트합니다. Windows zip판은 새 버전이 나오면 앱에 ‘업데이트’ 표시가 뜹니다. 새 zip을 받아 앱을 끄고 파일을 바꾸면 되며, 설정과 라이선스 키는 그대로 남습니다.
