Questions

Does Airsweep delete anything on its own?: No. You review every group; nothing in a group of similar shots is selected for you. Cleaning moves files to the Recycle Bin or a folder you choose, and the last clean can be undone.
How fast is it?: It reads only what it needs: a small preview of each photo and full hashes only where sizes collide. Rescanning the same library takes seconds because Airsweep remembers what it already read.
Which files?: JPEG, PNG, HEIC/HEIF (with Microsoft’s HEIF extension), WebP, TIFF, GIF, BMP and common camera RAW files (through their preview); videos are matched as exact copies.
